Refund policy

We offer a 15-day inspection period from the date you receive your item. During this time, you must review your order and report any issues.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not allowed under normal circumstances.
However, a full refund will be processed only if the product is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or dissatisfaction unrelated to product defects.


Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at Support@topmytop.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once the issue is verified, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.


Returns

Returns are not accepted, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Items must be:

  • Unworn or unused
  • In original packaging
  • With tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund (unless defective):

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care and beauty products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us and we will resolve the issue accordingly.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds under this policy apply only as required by law.


Processing Defect Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the defective or incorrect item (if required), we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
